HELP ME WALK

Okay I am going for another test this weekend and it is only a walk, it is to help fight heart disease and I'm asking for your help. This walk in only three mile I am still kinda worried that is may be too long for me but my foot has been feeling good but it still get VERY swollen after any activity so we shall see.
